COMITES in the world

COMITES are representative bodies of Italian communities abroad, elected by Italian nationals residing outside the metropolitan area. Their role is enshrined in law no. 286/2003, which defines them as u201C Representative bodies of Italians abroad that deal with diplomatic-consular representations u201D, thus underlining the value of collaboration with consular authorities.

THE operating COMITES are more than a hundred units nowadays, equally distributed in the different continents.
