The upload system of our website rejects any attachments larger than 1.0 MB (or 1024KB). Moreover, you do not need to use the scanner to the fullest potential to obtain a digital version of the document to be sent.
In general, the scanner can be set with the following parameters:Resolution: 200 dpi. A resolution of 150 dpi to 200 dpi
usually offers a good quality image that allows a reading and printing sufficiently faithful and accurate compared to the original document.
Color: grayscale (DO NOT use color if not expressly required).
Format: jpeg or pdf (recommended).
This will result in a much lighter but always perfectly readable and printable document.
